The Fall Creek Leadership Foundation (FCLF), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit entity, was created and approved by its board of directors in 2018 to be used for expenses in furtherance of the academic pursuits of the student residents and the academic purposes of the chapter house. The entity continues to operate, and all its donations are tax-exempt and recognized by Cornell University as a “giving” gift.
